Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro said on Monday he wants a “good relationship” with Argentina and it is up to the overseas ministers of each countries to concur on a conference with his peer Alberto Fernandez, considering the fact that the declared summit scheduled for March initially in Montevideo, experienced fallen as a result of.
